MPEGPlayer can extract still MPG and PIC images from VCD (Video CD) or MPEG video files. It also lets you extract parts of a movie and save them to disk. You can separately extract video streams (saving to an M1V file), or audio streams (saving to an MP3 file), or both streams together (saving to an MPG file).
