allows you to remotely control many Windows procedures by receiving commands from infrared or FM remote receiver hardware.
uICE (universal Infrared Control Engine) is a remote automation client, which currently supports UIR, Irman, and LIRC/WinLIRC compatibles connected to your computer. It lets you control your Windows system with remote controls from TV sets or other home theater equipment.

In addition, uICE includes wizards to let you easily manage several action parameters (keystrokes, window selection, and so on), and customizable delays between command sequences.
