allows you to retrieve e-mail messages and files from another computer using plain, flexible phrases sent as e-mail messages.

A closer look at epAssist Personal Assistant

The program lets you communicate with your computer via e-mail. You can, for example, check your office e-mail messages from a two-way pager, or from your home computer, using the following words: "Please send unread messages without attachments". You can even have documents that are stored on your computer sent as attachments.

In addition, epAssist Personal Assistant includes several levels of security, such as your name for the program (assistant's name) in the e-mail's subject, password protection, e-mail address listing of accepted messages, and compression (ZIP) with password encryption.

The program runs as a convenient icon in the System Tray area of the Windows taskbar.
