Once again you'll pick up a small machine gun as your primary weapon but overall you'll play a more extensive campaign. As the previous titles left off the story mainly revolves around the terminals you find. You'll be placed in a staggered timeline that zaps you from one placemoment to another in a somewhat convoluted way that will have you scratching your head if you don't pay enough attention. The marathon infinity shooter is an exceptional shooter. Its graphics are -- thanks to aleph one -- perfectly streamlined. And, just like the other two games within this saga, the online mode is still perfectly playable, even today. Alas, good luck finding people to actually log on and play it with you though.
