is a suite of four modules that work together to let you easily make and manage appointments.

A closer look at Appointment 2000

"EZAppointment" is the main module. It's used to store customer information that's accessed when entering appointments. Service providers are set up, along with their working days and hours, as well as the services they provide.

The next three modules require telephony software developed by Zentrix Data Systems. "AutoRemind" can automatically read the appointment database and remind customers of their appointments. It also reads the history database and makes phone calls to remind customers that they're overdue for an appointment. "AutoScheduler" allows your customers to schedule appointments using their Touch-tone phone. It works with AutoRemind and lets customers reschedule appointments when reminder calls are made. Finally, "AutoConfirm" allows your customers to confirm their appointments using any Touch-tone phone.
