Speaking Notepad is a small application that comes with text editing and text-to-speech features. Upon launching the program a simple interface is shown. You can type the text directly into the main panel or paste the information from the clipboard. More than that, you can import various files, such as TXT, RTF, DOC, and much more. The files can be added either using the browse button or the drag-and-drop support.
