A closer look at DragAndScroll

DragAndScroll lets you scroll "hands free" -- without holding any mouse button down. It also lets you scroll by performing a drag motion, or autoscroll by clicking on an area of the window (clicking in the lower part of a window scrolls down, clicking on an upper area scrolls up).

DragAndScroll can also enhance your mouse, letting you pop up the Start Menu near the current cursor location, or click the middle button to simulate pressing the "Enter" key.
