AllChars lets you quickly enter special characters. Upon activation, it translates your next two keystrokes into a single extended character.

You simply press the Ctrl key and release it, and then the two characters, which combined form the special one.

In addition, the Ctrl-h-h key combination displays all special characters and their key combinations. Macros can also be recorded and played back.

The program runs as a convenient icon in the System Tray area of the Windows taskbar.
