is a keyboard utility which makes all ANSI characters easily accessible within any Windows application.
AllChars lets you quickly enter special characters. Upon activation, it translates your next two keystrokes into a single extended character.
You simply press the Ctrl key and release it, and then the two characters, which combined form the special one.
In addition, the Ctrl-h-h key combination displays all special characters and their key combinations. Macros can also be recorded and played back.
The program runs as a convenient icon in the System Tray area of the Windows taskbar.
