A lot of day-to-day activities involve typing the same text into the same applications or dialog boxes. You can tell KeyText to look out for a certain window or dialog, and then run a macro when it appears. This is ideal for completely automating password entries or any repetitive dialog. KeyText has five password levels to protect private information stored.
A unique Smart Select feature lets you, for example, select an e-mail address anywhere, hit a hotkey, and your e-mail program starts with a new message ready.
A "right-click anywhere" feature lets you quickly paste data into your current document. If you hold the shift or Ctrl key down and right mouse click, a KeyText menu appears and the item selected will be typed or pasted where the right-click was made.
Other features of KeyText include hotkey support, multiple Clipboards, random quotes (ideal for e-mail signatures), a miniature popup "keyboard" that lets you "type" with your mouse, and powerful scheduling functions for running programs at set times, displaying reminders or alarms, or even chiming on the hour.
