A closer look at TextSound
A computer can combine sound, pictures, and text in quite the variety of ways, given you’re using the right set of tools, and your imagination helps. For instance, you can have text read to you in case you’re busy with something else, and applications like TextSound The application is only capable of working with plain TXT files, so it’s best to paste all target text in such a document before taking on conversion. Drag and drop is supported, so you skip the browse dialog. Batch processing is supported, but there’s no method of bundling more documents into a single output audio file. All files you add show up in a list along with details like file name, sound file output, parameters, as well as conversion status. Before conversion, there’s the possibility to get a preview, so you get an idea if any voice-related configurations need to be altered.
