Modem Doctor can perform over 60 different tests. You can easily: test and identify serial port chips (UART's); test modems, handshaking signals, and modem registers; perform self-connect tests; and diagnose IRQ assignment errors, base port addressing errors, and other problems.
The program supports all IRQ's, FOSSIL Drivers, Digiboards, and it detects G3 modems (Class1, Class2, and Class2.0). Other features include a burst mode tests that stress modulators and serializer circuitry and reports on your system character per second throughput.
