A closer look at Code Metric

Code formatting options allow for automatic placing of braces, converting between tabs and spaces, spacing around parentheses and operators, and automatic reindenting.

The program works by reading the Visual C++ workspace file, extracting the projects from it, and then in turn extracting the files from each project. A Visual C++ add-in version is also supplied, which adds commands directly to the Visual C++ Integrated Debugging Environment (IDE).
