With Voice Tools, you can add voice commands, free dictation, voice prompting and voice navigation directly into your Windows application. Using a variety of tools, you can adjust the level of voice involvement to your preference: from simple navigation by voice to free dictation with full correction and playback capabilities. While retaining all standard Windows properties, text boxes may be designed as voice interactive dictation sessions, list boxes may report their contents, and buttons may be activated by voice.
Voice Tools is SAPI compliant, allowing you to utilize any Speech Application Programming Interface (SAPI) 4.0 speech engine with your application.
It includes: a text to speech tool, voice activated captions, definable command words, an optional global vocabulary, a free-dictation text box, unique microphone control methods, and a rich graphical interface. Voice tools allows voice activation of standard VB objects.
Voice Tools can be used in Microsoft Visual Basic, Borland Delphi and Microsoft Visual C++ environments.
