A closer look at SoftWIRE

SoftWIRE is an extension to Visual Basic which allows you to seamlessly integrate graphical and syntactical programming to develop a wide variety of Visual Basic applications. Unlike other graphical programming languages, SoftWIRE runs in Visual Basic. All SoftWIRE control blocks are fully COM and ActiveX compatible and are easily interfaced to your Visual Basic programs. You can also convert your existing ActiveX controls for use with the SoftWIRE graphical progammer.

SoftWIRE provides a graphical programming environment through the use of a designer window and a complete set of functional control objects. When these objects are wired together, they form a fully functioning program. SoftWIRE also allows you to write Visual Basic code in the same manner you always have.
