Mini-Bizz Invoicer is designed for the small, one or two person, home-based business. You can either be selling goods, or be providing services to others (e.g. a tradesperson or consultant).
Mini-Bizz Invoicer lets you: keep a record of your customers (individuals and companies), create as many orders for each customer as you need, maintain a list of standard goods/services that you provide (so you can easily select an item from the list and add it to an order), enter custom items that you provide, and choose from a variety of payment terms (with support for discounts).
You can create and print quotes for customers, and then turn those quotes into orders with the click of a button. When you print an invoice or receipt, any payments made by your customer which you have recorded will be included.
You can generate a variety of reports, including: customers, standard goods/services, unpaid accounts (both overdue and not overdue), order amounts vs. paid amounts, payments within a specified period (e.g. for monthly and end-of-year reports), refunds, cancelled orders.
You can also e-mail quotes and invoices to your customers, and send a mass e-mail message to all your customers.
Mini-Bizz supports one tax level.
