With Windows, Macintosh OS X and Mac Classic versions available, Virtual TimeClock PRO™ flexibly adapts to just about any computer and business payroll environment. Control labor costs real time with instant, accurate knowledge of each worker’s status, start and stop times. Unlike traditional time clocks, Virtual TimeClock PRO™ can automatically assign hours to a department and task or job. A powerful SQL database instantly gathers report data for viewing or printing. Built in reports provide detail and summaries of total hours, overtime and wages arranged by employee, department or task. A powerful new Timecard Report Writer makes it easy to customize or create any number of new timecard reports. In addition to timecards, Virtual TimeClock PRO™ automatically tracks and reports accrued and used leave time, including vacation, sick leave and personal time. Entering Holiday hours for all full time or part time employees requires only one simple entry.
