Avatar Sizer is a small tool designed to help you shrink your images to the size of an avatar, according to the requirements of a specific forum. The user interface consists of a plain wizard that allows you to rescale BMP, ICO, JPG, EMF, WMF and GIF image files. Once you have added the source file (the "drag and drop" method is not supported), you can set the maximum width and height of the output image (with limits between 1 and 150), adjust a slider bar for the image quality, and save results (to JPEG or GIF).
