SFS Real Estate is a complete turnkey solution made in PHP and using MySQL database. Our software allows individuals and real estate agents post their properties for a fee. There are following features for real estate agents and agencies: company profile webpage and banner advertising. With a website agents can edit their online information such as pictures , links to other websites, listings, resume. Both types of members can buy the following pricing packages: Realtor Bronze (duration 1 month and with maximum of 5 offers), Realtor Silver (with maximum of 10 offers), Realtor Gold (with maximum of 20 offers) and Private Listing (presupposes placing one advertisement a month and is meant for individuals). After the plan's period expires, the agent needs to re-order the same one or buy a new pricing plan. To notify the agent about expiration, system sends him 4 mails: in 10, 5, 1 day/s before expiration date and 1 day after. Real estate agents and individuals can upload photos of the real estate they post (simple and advanced search through all the real estate is provided for the active agents). In each offer the following fields are available: address, city, state, country, short and detailed description, price, neighbourhood, property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, garage, squire meters, lot size, house age, neighbourhood (i.e. fireplace, school, transit, park, ocean, lake, river, mountains). Site is connected to popular map service (MapQuest),so if the address is correct, you can find property on map and nearest important civic objects. Admin panel has more features to edit. With its help you can change your pricing plans; add/edit/delete agents and categories, in which real estate objects were listed; approve and update expired agents, change pricing plans for selected agent, send newsletter to all or selected members, change website settings, such as email addresses and payment scheme, site title, keywords, terms and admin info, including login and password.
