With Point Tracer you can convert image files from BMP, GIF, and JPG formats into WinAPI regions and include them in your program source to create your own shaped form. Point Tracer can be used with Delphi, Visual Basic, Visual C++, or Assembly 32 languages.

This program also supports image tracing to HTML ImageMap formats and shaped WinAMP skin formats.
