allows programmers and software developers to decode files without knowing the file type.
Decode/Encode DLLs can be called from any Windows programming language. It allows you to automatically detect if a given file is UUENCODED, Base64(MIME), XXENCODED, BinHex, user table, quoted-printable, or plain text. The DLL can then decode the files either in the current directory or in a specified directory. Files can also be encoded for transmission over the Internet. Sample code and an example application are included.
Additional program features include: functions for resolving name collisions, support for split and concatenating files, the ability to pass the boundary to the encoding routine, and functions for encoding and decoding to and from memory buffers.
