To use, just drop the component into the form, set your communication port (supported COM1 ...COM4), dialing method (Tone, Pulse), and phone number from Object Inspector or at runtime, and call TDialer. Execute method. Your application then dials a phone number. This version detects busy lines, checks for dialtone, and allows you to initialize the modem before dialing.
