It is designed to be easy to use, with no knowledge of TWAIN being needed to achieve results. It has many features, among which: fully configurable, to allow the user either to define settings (resolution, image size etc.) or to use the built-in interface of the device, single image or multiple image acquisition, images can be copied to another control such as a PictureBox or saved to file in BMP, JPG, TIF or PDF formats. Importing an image is done in four simple programming steps: selecting the device to be used from a list generated by the control, configuring any non-default settings that are required, such as resolution, image size, acquiring the image, and finally copying the image to another control for display, saving to a file, or copying to the clipboard.
