MFC-adapter for MS Access works by creating a virtual framework of the MFC-application. This virtual framework is dynamically connected with the natural Microsoft Access framework, forming a single whole. As a result, the Microsoft Access framework gains an MFC-compatible interface that allows you to add the MFC document and view components. As a MFC constituent of the framework, the MFC-adapter for MS Access takes control of the compound application when the MFC-window becomes active. In all other cases, the MFC-adapter does not interfere with Microsoft Access processing.
