A closer look at JCOM

JCOM supports ANSI, VT102, and Linux consoles, as well as RS-232 UART 16550A FIFO hardware (with speeds up to 115200 BPS), and XON/XOFF flow control. Besides the default COM1 to COM4 ports support, it supports hardware devices set up for other communication ports (COM5 to COM35).

The program includes file command and DOSKEY-like functions which are very useful for remote system command executions.

In addition, JCOM includes a simple, multi-file and multi-window binary and text file editor.
