Tooltips.NET VXPLib component for Windows 95/98/Me/NT4/2000/XP. The library is a single-DLL COM Server for all development platforms, and includes: Graphical parser to draw HTML on any Device Context, e.g. dialogs, controls, … etc; Custom HTML-like tooltips (based on our parser) - extremely customizable, can be attached to any visual element of user interface; XP-style Menus - fancy multi-line menus looking like Windows XP Start menu. Application Look&Feel is supported based on HTML and custom attributes. Multi-lingual support for Tooltips and Menus provides any number of languages displayed simultaneously.
