A closer look at Wince

Each time you connect and disconnect from the Internet, Wince will automatically log each call by date, time of day, duration and cost. The log can be viewed at any time, and can be saved to disk as a plain text (TXT) file. Charge rates and peak on/off times are fully configurable for each day of the week, including minimum charges.

Wince runs as a convenient icon in the System Tray area of the Windows taskbar, where your current connection and cost can still be monitored.
