is a tool designed to notify you with a popup message when your are online and someone calls you.
If you have only one phone line and you use it to connect to the Internet as well as for conventional voice phone calls, the program can make it easier for people to get in touch with you. It does this by providing a toll-free number for callers to use when your phone line is busy. You can either give out the toll-free number directly, or have your phone company forward your calls to the number.
The ICM service pops up on your screen the phone number of the person attempting to reach you (even if you do not have "Caller ID"), and lets you choose a message that will be played for the caller ("I'll call you back," or "You call me back").
