VoiceOn is Windows based Sound processing and Editing Utility.
You can basically edit *.wav file (mono and stereo) with VoiceOn,
and add various effects to the original sound. Currently Special effects
such as Echo,Reverberation,Chorus,Channel swap,FadeIn-Out,Noise
insertion and many more can be added to improve or change the original
sound.
Filtering is one of the important feature of VoiceOn in order to add
Bass (low pass filter) or treble (high pass filter) effect to the sound file.
Editing is made simpler in VoiceOn that even a novice can do it .
You can cut ,copy or paste the portion of wave file. Trimming is one
of the additional method in Editing.
Plus lots of customization is provided in order to change the sound
just like what you want it to be !!
