is an organizational assessment and performance improvement tool which uses the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Criteria for Performance Excellence model.
MezPro ensures that the business unit or organization being assessed identifies its strategic objectives and the key business factors that support those objectives.
Throughout the assessment process, from the short yes-no answers to the long ones, MezPro checks the integrity of the assessment through a series of validations and other tests.
A unique feature of the program is the ability for each organization to construct business relationship models based on the various categories and sub-categories of the criteria or benchmark being used. These relationship models are designed to reflect the structure and makeup of the organization concerned, and at the same time enable the establishment of relationship effect values between these links.
The links and relationship effect values are used by the MezPro scoring algorithm to adjust the score, thus giving the organization a more accurate assessment of their current performance.
Multiple business models can be constructed and used against the same assessment giving the organization's decision makers a range of "what if" scenarios and likely effects for organizational change processes.
It identifies and manages the linkages between all the categories and sub-categories of the criteria used as the benchmark to ensure that the score is adjusted accordingly.
