is a utility for ham radio operators which displays both UTC and local times while maximized, and the UTC time while minimized.
Ham Helper includes a country database which lets you enter a callsign or prefix and find the corresponding country. It also displays some information about the country, such as latitude and longitude, CQ and ITU zones, UTC offset, and continent.
The program features a WWV Alert function which regularly transmits the time of day and other information. Moreover, at 18 minutes past each hour, it automatically displays solar condition reports.
There is also a QSignals (morse code) function that opens a new window with two listboxes. The top list box displays the regular QSignals for use in CW, and the bottom box displays the ARRL Net QSignals for use in CW Nets.
In addition, you have access to the W1AW operating schedule, HF and VHF band plans, and a scrap book.
