Advanced MP3 Catalog Pro is a comprehensive and accessible tool that comes in handy when you want to catalog and organize multiple MP3 files from different locations, such as CDs, hard drives, external or ZIP disks. The program is wrapped in a simple and approachable interface with a tree structure on the left side of the window, and file viewer on the right. When starting the app, you have two options, to automatically scan the computer for MP3 records or manually browse the desired path. The search may take a while, depending on how powerful and full is your hard drive. You can also import categories and catalogs from the PC and export them to CSV and HTML file formats. The viewer displays information, such as name, length, category, along with the title, artist name, album, year, genre, bitrate and size. Plus, Advanced MP3 Catalog Pro lets you edit and update the ID3v1 and ID3v2 tags, in case one of the fields is wrong, and apply them to all the selected items.
