A closer look at DipTrace

DipTrace The moment DipTrace is launched, it makes it clear that it is a capable application. It comes with multiple modules that allow you to create a board from scratch or open and perfect an existing project. DipTrace enables you to take every step needed in order to design the PCB, create accurate schematics, generate patterns and even draw new components and symbols that you need for your project.

DipTrace 3.0 (32-bit)

Compuserver-assisted design can look at a new tool that will prove very useful for electronics professionals. The main feature of diptrace is its automatic routing function which allows you to connect different points on the board by simply placing the mouse over one or the other. Ppthe component database is visible on the left. Each has a small graphical representation and the name that identifies it. The different components are grouped in a top-level layout. The verification function lets you check for possible errors in the diagram and one by one correct them. The models generated by diptrace can be used directly by the machine making the circuit boards.
