is a personal assessment and growth software application, which can help you to evaluate your strengths and weaknesses as a person, and then suggest strategies for improvement based on the results.

A closer look at Evolve!

The program is divided into phases. "Assess", the first phase, allows you to rate yourself on 100 statements on a scale from 1 to 10. Using your replies, it creates a chart and a detailed report showing how you fared in various key dimensions of life, including your level of energy, the direction you are moving in, your degree of organization, your personal attitudes, and your skills.

"Choose", the second phase, lets you select the weaker aspects of your being that you want to improve, providing very specific built-in strategies for each of the areas you chose to better.

Finally, "Act", the third phase, enables you to create actions to carry out in order to make improvements in the areas you chose earlier.

In addition, if you have Microsoft Access installed on your computer, Evolve runs within it, allowing you to use all Access functions.
