Mindforge Fractions is a program that introduces young students (ages 4-9 years) to basic fraction concepts. Fractions are brought to life with animation, music, sound effects and a cast of 3D characters called Instructrons. Students can choose their favorite Instructron to teach them about fractions. The software invisibly analyzes the students' answers to practice problems, offers corrective feedback, and then provides new problems based on the student's performance. This intelligent drill-and-practice feature of the software ensures that each child receives sufficiently challenging problems to solve. Mindforge Fractions comes complete with integrated worksheets to provide additional practice and help students transfer their knowledge into the world of the classroom or home.
