With ImageForge, you can paint, merge images, create art for Web pages, retouch photos, animate, and more. Special tools for painting include clipart brushes, soft brushes, smudge and scatter tools, and effect filters.

The program features automatic palette optimization and color-replacement, and lets you crop, enlarge, rotate, resize, and resample images. It also supports scanners and other Twain-compliant devices, so you can import images directly. ImageForge can even produce stand-alone albums (complete with viewer utility, editor, slide show, and install program).

The program works with the following file types: BMP, PCX, JPG, PNG, TIF, TGA, WMF, AVI and ICO.
