SmartSaver also includes an image slicer that breaks a large image up into easily downloadable pieces. And it generates the HTML code for displaying the smaller pieces on your Web site.
An image mapping utility is included that lets you quickly draw hotspots in any shape to create client-side image maps.
Other features of SmartSaver include: support for animated GIFs, the ability to create JavaScript rollovers, a full range of transparency options, an "emphasize" tool for defining which areas of an image receive higher quality/compression settings than other areas, batch processing capabilities, background blending, and built-in cropping and resampling tools.
