Overview

In depth
PPP(oE)ColorMenu is a twiddle that makes your PPP (or PPPoE) menu show red when you are not connected, and green when you are connected. And with the PPP (but not PPPoE) menu, when a connection attempt is in progress, or you are in the process of disconnecting, the icon flashes red-green-red-green. The Apple-installed PPP (or PPPoE) menu is black, and the only way to tell that you are disconnected is that the "connection dots" in the icon are grey. Unless you have really good eyes, this is kind of hard to see. PPP(oE)CM fixes this.
Red-green colorblind? Or just don't want something that colorful? Also included are PPPContrastMenu & PPPoEContrastMenu (connected = black, disconnected = greyed out).
And it also includes PPPGothMenu & PPPoEGothMenu, where connected = bruise-purple and disconnected = blood-red! Mua-ha-HAAA.
PPP(oE)CM is donationware. If you find this little hack useful, please consider sending me a dollar or something.
