KVEC can read the following raster formats: TIFF, BMP, PCX, TGA, SGI, IMG, PNM, JPEG, GIF and FAX. It can output Windows Metafile (WMF), Postscript, AutoCad DXF, HPGL, LogoArt ART, and Adobe Illustrator (AI) formats. There are several command line switches available for controlling and fine tuning the conversion process.

KVEC can also be used to convert raster images from one format to another (e.g. BMP to GIF).
