You can import data from ASCII text format, arbitrary binary format, and graphical BMP and TIFF formats, but you have to convert your data into the internal RDP format for visualization. The data can also be exported to ASCII, BMP, RAW, and TIFF formats.

3D Raster Viewer also enables you to map arbitrary RGB textures on 3D surfaces. For example, you can map an aerial photograph on the altitude grid.

In addition, you can work with files as large as two GB.
