Now you can, with the newly developed HEURIS Xtractor. With Xtractor, you can rip the audio and video assets from any unencrypted DVD. Say your buddy passes you a music video he's authored to DVD. You know you can do better, but you don't have the original assets. It doesn't matter! With Xtractor you can use the his audio track with your own video track! Xtractor can also be used to rip MPEG 1 system streams, MPEG 2 program streams, and MPEG 2 transport streams, including HDTV streams recorded with a DTV decoder card. This gives you the ability to add new and different audio tracks to already encoded video streams, or just to recover elementary streams from a finished DVD project. The perfect complement for HEURIS Xtractor is HEURIS' award-winning MPEG encoder, MPEG Power Professional. WIth MPEG Power Professional, you can multiplex extracted assets with other QuickTime .mov files, .avi files, OMFI files, or image sequences. So the only question is, what are you waiting for?
