Medical Records is a small yet useful application designed to help keep track of your or another family member's medical history that can include health information, doctors and medication. The interface is well-organized and clean, making it accessible to everyone. The record is divided into five distinct tabs, namely "General", "Doctors", "Medication", "History" and "ID". To get started, you can import an existing file from the computer or create a new one from scratch. You can begin by filling in the general details, such as full name, home address, mobile phones, social security number, marital status and birth date, along with medical and dental insurance info.
