is a terrifying, turn-based, tactical strategy game with a vast array of weaponry and equipment available.
In depth
You must lead a squad of Space Marines through the game's various levels, protecting the colony, containing the Scay'Ger threat, and facilitating the colony's evacuation.
Each marine in your squad has a limited amount of energy to use for moving and fighting as well as the opportunity to gain experience in battle. Incubation uses Blue Byte Software's "Extreme Assault" 3D graphics engine allowing the action to be viewed from the eyes of the individual soldier, the other team members, the attacking aliens or practically anywhere else via a user-controlled free-floating camera.
While the game is turn-based, the action comes thick and fast, with all actions and events fully animated.
Incubation supports many popular 3Dfx cards.
