The application captures the call data from the PBX unit and stores it in a database. This information is used to generate reports that point out the most expensive calls and their distribution by time, user, extension, trunk, etc.
The software supports a wide range of PBX units from manufacturers as Avaya, Alcatel, DialFace, Panasonic, Samsung, Siemens, Nitsuko, NEC, TIE, etc. The application can be easly configured to use currently unsuported PBXs. It uses standard SMDR and CDR date transfer using serial cable connection or TCP/IP connection.
