What is TnT?

TNT : Phylogenetic analysis made easy.

In depth

A closer look at TnT

TNT or Tree analysis using New Technology is a handy, easy to use application specially designed to help you with phylogenetic analysis under parsimony (with very fast tree-searching algorithms) as well as extensive tree handling and diagnosis capabilities. A simple, one-shot analysis is now included in the "aquickie.run" script, which comes with all TNT versions. This runs a simple analysis with a search for most parsimonious trees (or asks whether you want to do a consensus estimation, if the data set is large), then calculates group supports using resampling.
