It queries servers and applications for availability. Technical reports are generated instantly. Service Level Agreement (SLA) reports prove you are exceeding best practices and standards. Monitoring now includes: FTP, DNS, Mailserver, Webserver and Database (MySQL, Oracle, etc.) tests.
The friendly web interface makes it easy to add, edit nodes and tasks, and to find the info you need with drill down graphs, clear icons, status notices. Expanded ready-to-view reports – include SLA reports, monthly, weekly, yearly. Get clear views for trend analysis and availability control. Be notified (email, SNMP Trap, etc.) of any availability problems (server down, response time exceeded, FTP availability, email performance). Graphs are clearer and include summary data.
