I've set up the VBA code to make it very easy to use.I also include a subroutine to do search and replace.One of my examples show you how to extract everything between two HTML tags in Excel.If you need to parse files then you could load the file, search for things to replace with a tab, then do a split based on the tab. I use this technique on HTML files. I can split the file at certain tag points like the 'td' tag the occurs right after a 'tr' tag.
