Ultimate Paint is a feature-rich application designed to offer professional ways to create unique drawings, as well as view, edit and manipulate multiple photos. It features an extensive collection of image effects, like blur, noise, color glow or gradient. It's wrapped in an accessible interface, formed from several movable panels (color palette, menu) and the editing area. The app supports the following picture formats: JPEG, GIF, PCX, TGA, PNG, BMP, WMF/EMF, IFF/LBM and WAP, along with TWAIN-compatible scanners. From the left pane, you can select the desired painting tool, such as standard and curved line pen, brush and spray, and customize their thickness, color and transparency. Plus, the utility comes with some special brushes, like outline, halve, double, stretch or shear, with which you can create interesting designs.
