Make a directory and unzip the file in it. (C:\Program Files\vrgis is suggested). Read the tongs.html for further installation instructions.New to 1.0: Most of the program has been transfered .. expanded from my Image™ program.Search for files by type, size, date, name, or all per directory. Delete, Move, Copy, View-Manipulate-Execute-Activate files listed. Acquire images through a Twain device. Organize graphic files into Databases, Trees, or Directories. Link Database image to the database notes, Print DB Address labels per Image. View Graphics as Thumbnails, paged as groups, or full size. Convert graphic size, color, file type, and location. Manipulate images using the Effects processor, and annotate them with text. Convert Images into AVI's: Morph/Warp/Tween 2 images into a series of tweens. Preview/Print pictures, pages of image 'thumbnails', lists of the files contained in the Albums, Databases, Directories. Save lists as text files for use elsewhere. Set Program Options to 'customize' Tongs. Help hints pop up, are displayed in the status bar, and activate the Help file by pressing [F1] to view context links or press the Help button or menu per subject. Borland BDE (Borland Database Engine) is Required but NOT included here, installed only with the ILH suite (Image Locatable Holographics) or VR GIS.
