This VB6 (SP5) application uses as source database either a MSAccess MDB file (vbExam.mdb) or a SQL 7.0/2000 database (for example vbExamSql). A supplemental MDB file is used to hold the user's account (UserInfo2k.mdb). The generic type of users accepted is administrator, admin, editor, guest, student, and exam. The application allows specific functions for a certain type of user. Various filters and grids present the learning status and the exam status. Lots of utilities, including ADO table editor, ADO configuration utility, UDL file maker, Windows Control Panel, Register DLLs, Users Administration, User Status Report, Help file, and MSAgents.
