A closer look at Inside World
The game displays a top down view as well as a first person dungeon view. There are five characters, each with their own inventory and set of statistics. When characters get weak in battle, they fall asleep as opposed to dying. Monsters ignore sleeping characters for they are no longer a threat to the monster. There are hundreds of items to use, such as weapons, armor, food, potions, spell gems, keys and more. Objects can be thrown, food can be grown, eggs can hatch, monsters can change to other monsters, and some can lay eggs. There are dozens of spells to cast, and each character can have up to three spells readied at a time. The game is loaded with puzzles, rooms, surprises and treasures.
The Inside World also features realistic sound effects, music, 256-color graphics, and support for keyboard and mouse.
